Manager / Travel Counselor

One of our partners and a manager, Theresa has been a travel counselor since 1980. In 1986 she earned her certification (CTC) from the Institute of Certified Travel Agents (ICTA). Being a CTC has been an extremely valuable tool in gaining the training needed to better serve her customers. Theresa finds the travel business to be very interesting and ever changing, but planning trips for her clients is the most enjoyable part.
