The Northern Tour/American Revolutionary War trip was far more interesting
and informative than any of our undergraduate or graduate history courses in
college. The depth of knowledge, and passion for sharing information that Dr.
Matthews imparted was awesome. Our understanding of the culture, geography
and climate surrounding the beginning of our nation was never so clear
explained. All this while having a great vacation! The trip was well organized,
interesting and encompassed much more than what I expected. Yes, we learned
more about what it means to be an American!

What a great trip! We had a wonderful time and are very aware of the time and effort it takes to make an elaborate adventure like that flow smoothly. So many memorable experiences...I don't think I'll be able to sort them all out until I print up the many pictures we took. Loved the spa (again, thanks for setting that up!) Lots of (probably too much) great food, The Equinox, the Colonial Inn, Nassau Inn and Saratoga Inn were all delightful. Visiting all the historical sites was truly the opportunity of a lifetime, especially with Jacks invaluable insights and well organized information. He did a terrific job and we couldn't have enjoyed it more.
